ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

According to the NGO Constitution, the organization has three main organs:

  1. Board of Directors (BOD)
  2. Advisor Board Members (ABD)
  3. Staff (workforce)

Besides those main organs mentioned above, there is also a council of Community actors who frequently bring in their advice or recommendations about the organisation activities.  The Advisory Board is group of professionals with non-decision making efforts but help the BODs run the organisation better by contributing superior ideas. The Board of Directors are the most important organ responsible for the execution of policy, principles and the overall operation of the organization such as budgeting, fundraising, appointment of sub-committees and they appoint the chief executive office (CEO). The CEO is in charge of the overall day-to-day operations.
